Welcome to Lake City Movers! These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services. By hiring us, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We offer Local Moving, Long-Distance Moving, Commercial Moving, Residential Moving, and Storage services. All services are subject to availability and outlined in your service agreement.

2. Pricing and Payment

• Service costs will be provided in your quote.
• Payment must be completed as agreed in the service contract.
• We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and other approved methods.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service date may incur a fee.
• Refunds are processed based on our cancellation policy outlined in your agreement.

4. Liability

• While we take every precaution to handle your belongings with care, Lake City Movers is not responsible for:
  • Damages caused by natural disasters or unforeseen events.
  • Items packed by customers that were improperly secured.
• Claims for damages must be filed within 7 days of service completion.

5. Customer Obligations

• Customers must provide accurate information about their moving needs.
• Adequate access to the moving site (e.g., parking, permits) must be arranged.

6. Confidentiality

We will not disclose customer information to third parties except as required to complete the moving service.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes, we aim to resolve issues amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of Florida.

8. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Any changes will be communicated through our website or via email.
